The ideal candidate should possess solid functional knowledge of Oracle CX processes along with technical capabilities in configuration, extensions, integrations, and reporting. Oracle Engagement Cloud is commonly referred to as Oracle CX Cloud and includes Sales and Service capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC) / Oracle CX Cloud solutions.Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Activities.Design and implement Customer Experience (CX) business processes.Configure Case Management, Service Requests,
