About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team on a part time remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including:BenefitsEmployee Central (EC)RecruitingOnboardingCompensationLead and support USA Benefits implementations, including US Savings Plan configuration.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams.Drive application enhancements and continuous improvements.Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions,
