We are now expanding our sales team and looking for SDRs who can help us build a consistent, predictable pipeline.About the RoleWe are hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our sales team.This is a full time, on-site role based in HSR, Bengaluru.Your primary goal will be to consistently generate qualified meetings across the North American and Indian markets through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and structured follow-up.You will work directly with the founders and have visibility into the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification to demos and deal closure.What You’ll DoResearch target companies, industries, and decision-makersBuild and maintain prospect lists across North America and IndiaRun outbound outreach through cold calls, email, and LinkedInQualify prospects based on their needs, urgency, authority, and fitBook qualified discovery meetings and product demosFollow structured outreach cadences and manage follow-ups consistentlyMaintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in the CRMTrack key metrics including activity volume, response rates, meetings booked,
