increase customer profitability through effective cross sales and up sell framework
Process refinement for enhanced marketing ROI
a team of 45 sales managers and skip level team of around 50 Direct Sales Executives
in best practices to offer excellent experience while on boarding customers and generate more leads through servicing
sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
emphasize on talent retention and managing attrition
maintain high morale and engagement levels of the teams by providing constructive feedback and fostering right environment.
