Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialists – US IT Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for US-based technology and consulting positions. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers who want to build a career in US IT recruitment and experienced recruiters looking to grow their careers in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT and technology positions.
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles for various technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.




- Coordinate technical interviews and interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Develop knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, employment practices, and recruitment trends.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

For Freshers

Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in HR, recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or US IT staffing are encouraged to apply.

Boolean search, technical screening, and US recruitment processes will be an advantage.

Preferred for experienced candidates: Experience with US IT recruitment, staffing, technical recruiting, sourcing tools, job portals, ATS platforms, and Boolean search.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior IT recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in US business hours and the corresponding night shift in India.
