? About the Role

As VP – Sales, you will own the company's:

- Revenue growth & sales strategy

- GTM strategy across AI, IoT, Industrial IoT, SaaS & connectivity

- Sales P&L; and commercial performance

- Enterprise & government business development

- Sales organisation design and team building

- Strategic partnerships and channel ecosystem

- Sales forecasting, CRM, processes & performance management

- AI-driven sales productivity and analytics

You will work closely with the CEO, Founders, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teams to build a scalable and predictable revenue engine.

? What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with strong exposure to one or more of:

✅ Industrial IoT / IoT Hardware

✅ Enterprise SaaS

✅ AI Solutions

✅ Cloud & Connectivity

✅ Industrial Automation

✅ Smart Infrastructure

✅ Water Technology / Energy Technology

You should have demonstrated experience in:

- Building and scaling a sales organisation from scratch

- Hiring,



mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams

- Selling complex enterprise technology solutions

- Managing large enterprise and government accounts

- Owning revenue targets and commercial P&L;

- Building predictable pipelines and forecasting systems

- Developing strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems

- Implementing scalable CRM/ERP-driven sales processes
