Experience: 4-8 years /n /n ? /n The SAP S/4HANA Basis Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, maintenance, performance optimization, security compliance, and lifecycle management of SAP landscapes across Development, Quality Assurance, Pre-Production, and Production environments. The role ensures high availability, system stability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements. /n /n ? - Provide technical support for SAP Basis and SAP HANA environments by independently resolving incidents, service requests, and change tickets.

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and landscapes.
/n
- Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and patch implementations.
/n
- Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) activities across development, quality, and production environments.
/n
- Monitor SAP system health, availability, and performance.
/n
- Ability to support mission critical support 24*7 for PROD environment

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and escalated SAP issues.

- Troubleshoot SAP application, database, operating system, and interface-related problems.

- Ensure timely ticket resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Minimize resolution rejections and case reopenings through effective issue management.

- Deliver training sessions and technical guidance for recent team members.
