Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant /n Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience in SAP Data Migration /n Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM) /n Work Location: Initially Remote /n /n Role Overview: /n We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation project. /n The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end data migration activities, including data analysis, extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and post-go-live support. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Analyze legacy system data and understand business/data migration requirements.

/n

- Define data migration strategy, mapping rules, transformation logic, and migration requirements.

/n

- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading into SAP S/4HANA.

/n

- Execute migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM).

/n

- Work hands-on with:

/n

- Staging Table Method

/n

- Direct Transfer Method

/n

- File Transfer Method

/n

- Migration Object Templates (MOTs)

/n

- Prepare, maintain, and validate migration templates and data mapping documents.

/n

- Develop and execute legacy data extraction strategies.

/n

- Work with legacy extraction techniques/tools such as BDC, BAPI, LSMW, IDOC, and ALE interfaces.

/n

- Perform mock migration loads, data reconciliation, error analysis, and data validation.

/n

- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live migration activities.

/n

- Coordinate with SAP functional teams across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and QM.

/n

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants,



technical teams, and other stakeholders.

/n

- Identify migration issues and drive them through to resolution.

/n

- Ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration cycle.

/n /n /n Mandatory Skills & Experience: /n /n

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Data Migration experience.

/n

- Solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Migration.

/n

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit – LTMC and LTMOM.

/n

- Experience in both Master Data and Transactional Data migration.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Staging Table, Direct Transfer, and File Transfer methods.

/n

- Good knowledge of Migration Object Templates (MOTs).

/n

- Strong understanding of legacy data extraction and migration strategies.

/n

- Experience with one or more legacy migration techniques such as:

- BDC

/n

- BAPI

/n

- LSMW

/n

- IDOC

/n

- ALE

/n

- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.

/n

- Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data.

/n

- Experience in mock loads, reconciliation, validation, cutover, and go-live activities.

/n

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
