SAP FSCM / TRM Consultant /n Experience: 8+ Years /n Technology: SAP FSCM, SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP S/4HANA /n Project Experience: End-to-End Implementation /n /n Job Summary /n We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM / Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with 8+ years of relevant SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting SAP FSCM and TRM solutions aligned with business requirements. /n The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of treasury processes, financial risk management, cash and liquidity management, and integration with SAP Finance and other relevant business processes. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FSCM/TRM implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.

/n

- Conduct business workshops with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions.

/n

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCM/TRM functional solutions.

/n

- Prepare business process designs, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.

/n

- Perform SAP configuration and support for relevant FSCM and TRM processes.

/n

- Configure and support SAP Treasury and Risk Management functionality.

/n

- Work on treasury processes including:

- Cash and Liquidity Management

/n

- Transaction Management

- Money Market

- Foreign Exchange

- Securities

- Work on Collections Management and Dispute Management processes where applicable.

- Configure and support Cash Management and liquidity-related processes.

/n

- Support bank integration, payment processes, and electronic bank statement-related requirements.

- Configure and support integration between FSCM/TRM and SAP FI/CO.

/n

- Work closely with MM, SD, and other SAP functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.

/n

- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.

/n

- Prepare functional specifications and conduct functional testing of technical developments.

/n

- Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

/n

- Support data migration, master-data preparation, reconciliation, and validation activities.

/n

- Participate in cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.

/n

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.

/n

- Ensure that solutions follow SAP best practices and agreed business and project standards.

/n

- Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants where required.

/n

- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills.

/n

- Good understanding of Treasury, Finance, Credit, Collections, and Risk Management business processes.

/n

- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules.

/n

- Experience working with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions.

/n

- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Ability to independently own FSCM/TRM workstreams and deliver project milestones.

/n /n Preferred Qualifications /n /n

- SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.

/n

- Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA Treasury is an advantage.

/n

- SAP FSCM/TRM certification is an added advantage.

/n

- Experience in multiple implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.

/n

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA transformation projects.
