Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain SAP production systems

- Handle incidents, tickets, and troubleshooting activities
- Support transport management and system health checks
- Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Ensure SLA adherence in support operations Required Skills - SAP BASIS Administration
