Key Responsibilities
- Primary Skills : SAP Ariba Technical Consultant Main 3 Competence Needed in Primary Skills : SAP Ariba integration / technical training or equivalent hands-on experience. Broader SAP S2P / ERP integration exposure is beneficial for enterprise landscapes.
- JD Key Responsibilities Own and lead technical design and delivery for SAP Ariba integrations across upstream/downstream processes (e.g., Ariba ↔ ERP and connected systems). Drive integration troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, including defect resolution and proactive prevention of recurring interface issues Lead technical activities across the delivery lifecycle: Technical design documentation (high-level and detailed) Technical test strategy input (SIT/UAT/regression)'
- Provide hands-on support and leadership for SAP Ariba integration patterns, including Ariba Network integration and common enterprise integration approaches. Partner with functional leads to translate business process needs into technical integration requirements, ensuring feasibility, data integrity, and traceability. Establish and maintain technical runbooks, monitoring/alerting expectations, and support procedures (L2/L3), including clear escalation paths.
Support release and change governance by performing impact assessments and validating interface behavior during deployments. Mentor junior technical resources and contribute to capability building (knowledge transfer, standards, reusable assets).
- Required Skills Experience Robust experience as a technical/integration consultant in SAP Ariba environments (implementation and/or support). Proven capability in: Integration troubleshooting and structured problem solving Working with multi-team delivery models (functional + technical + platform) Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay processes and how integration failures impact procurement operations (orders, confirmations, invoices, supplier data).
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and technical governance (standards, reviews, decision logs). Project Scope Tasks :
- The Senior SAP Ariba Technical Consultant is responsible for end‑to‑end technical ownership of SAP Ariba integrations and technical operations, ensuring reliable data flows, stable interfaces, and effective technical governance across implementation and/or DevOps support. This role typically works closely with functional consultants, integration architects, and platform teams to design, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the Ariba technical landscape.
