As a Salesforce LwC, Senior Associate-AES Operate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, reinforcing professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance client business processes
- Developing and maintaining project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce implementations
- Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows and system integration
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting enterprise integration and technology implementation projects
- Creating and delivering training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of new technologies
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovation in client solutions

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
- Embracing change and adapting to emerging technologies
- Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication skills
