Sales Manager – Mumbai / Ahmedabad /n Company: Xtreme Media /n Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad /n Experience: 5+ years /n Industry: LED Displays / Digital Signage / AV / B2B Technology Solutions /n About the Role /n Xtreme Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire key accounts and build strong relationships with enterprise customers. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Achieve sales and revenue targets through new business development and key account management.

/n

- Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors.

/n

- Drive large and strategic deal closures.

/n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.

/n

- Conduct regular client meetings and develop a robust sales pipeline.

/n

- Manage pricing, negotiations, profitability and commercial discussions.

/n

- Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management.

/n

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

/n





- Maintain strong adherence to the company's sales processes and reporting requirements.

/n /n Preferred Candidate Profile /n /n

- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.

/n

- Experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, Pro-AV, Video Walls, Display Solutions or related industries preferred.

/n

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.

/n

- Experience handling enterprise/key accounts, preferably in BFSI and Retail.

/n

- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

/n

- Highly driven with strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.

/n

- Candidates based in Mumbai or Ahmedabad preferred.
