As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Generate and qualify leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain key benefits to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on company products/services, market trends, and competitor offerings.




- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team activities.
