- Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural)

- Manage various distribution channels (direct, indirect and alternate)

- Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth

- Develop channel in the current markets

- Drive Business of device, activation and recharge through distributors
n
- Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets
n
- Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes
n
- Monitor and train the team and channel partners
