Role Overview

n

We are looking for 3 strong SAP ABAP Consultants with 5–6 years of hands-on development experience for an urgent onsite customer engagement in Ahmedabad.

n

The consultant should have strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP integrations/interfaces, debugging, and technical solutioning. Since this is a customer-facing assignment, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills are mandatory.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, enhance, test, and support SAP solutions using ABAP.
n
- Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
n
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and performance-optimized ABAP code.
n
- Handle SAP and non-SAP integration/interface development.
n
- Work on BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, APIs, Web Services, and other integration mechanisms.
n
- Collaborate with functional consultants to convert functional specifications into technical solutions.
n
- Prepare technical specifications, unit-test documents, and technical documentation.
n
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
n
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
n
- Participate in customer discussions, requirement clarification, technical solutioning, and issue resolution.
n




- Coordinate effectively with onsite/offshore teams and customer stakeholders.
n

Deep Fiori expertise is not mandatory; hands-on OData or Fiori exposure is an added advantage.

Deployment Details

n

The selected consultants will be required to work onsite in Ahmedabad for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

n

Candidates must be willing to relocate/travel to Ahmedabad and work from the customer/project location for the assignment.
