Role Description

This full time hybrid role for Sales Manager – Pick & Carry Crane is based in Jharkhand, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for pick & carry cranes, including prospecting, lead generation,



and managing the sales pipeline across assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting technical-commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and closing orders. The role involves coordinating with OEMs and internal teams for pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Key Skills and Requirements

- Relevant experience in B2B equipment sales; prior exposure to OEM or distributor environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in equipment sales will be considered.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Dhanbad, with regular client visits and occasional travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for documentation, proposal preparation, and pipeline management.
