Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth in our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, excellent knowledge of jewellery sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and customer footfall.
- Handle important and high-value customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer leads.
- Ensure proper display, presentation, and merchandising of jewellery products.
- Coordinate with the showroom, inventory, billing, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Train sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and company policies.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and other service-related matters.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with showroom policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Support promotional campaigns, festive sales, events, and other showroom activities.

Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail sales.
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, or Team Leader role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Qualified appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Salary negotiable for eligible candidate

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
