Role Description The Marketing Executive will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, supporting the growth and visibility of Vguard’s wiring cable products. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and identifying new customer segments. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to develop promotional strategies, preparing marketing materials, and monitoring competitor activity.

Executive will also engage with customers and partners, track campaign performance,



and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning and marketing skills, with the ability to design and implement campaigns for wiring cable products.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers and channel partners.
- Sales and marketing capabilities to support lead generation, conversions, and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
