About Lyallpur EmporiumLyallpur Emporium is a growing school uniform manufacturing and retail company working with educational institutions across Delhi NCR and other markets.

We work closely with schools to provide complete uniform solutions — from design and product development to manufacturing, supply and retail operations. Our focus is on quality, design, consistency, service and long-term partnerships with schools.

As the company expands its institutional business, we are looking to strengthen our B2B sales team with ambitious professionals who can build new relationships and help us acquire leading schools and institutions.

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, polished and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive who is comfortable representing the company in front of senior decision-makers, developing new business and converting opportunities into long-term accounts.

This is primarily a business development and client acquisition role, not an inbound sales position.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new B2B and institutional business opportunities.
- Identify and approach prospective schools and institutional clients.
- Meet school management, administrators, purchase teams and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate uniform solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product/sample discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiation, follow-ups and closure.




- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate internally with merchandising, production and operations teams after order confirmation.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate reporting of leads, meetings, opportunities and closures.

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Confident, skilled and well-presented.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management and key decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Persistent with follow-ups and comfortable with longer B2B sales cycles.
- Self-driven, organised and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field sales.
- Ability to independently manage a lead from first conversation through to closure.

Added AdvantageCandidates who have previously worked with schools, educational institutions or institutional clients will have a strong advantage. Experience in industries such as school uniforms, EdTech, publishing, school ERP/software, educational products, stationery, institutional apparel or other school-focused B2B businesses would be particularly relevant.

An existing understanding of how school management, administrators and purchase departments operate will be highly valued.

Compensation₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + attractive performance-linked incentives
