Appsquadz is looking for an experienced Analytics Head to lead the data, analytics, and reporting strategy for a large-scale OTT Platform under the Prasar Bharati Project. Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting strategy for the OTT platform.
n
- Define KPIs, reporting schemas, data models, and dashboard requirements.
n
- Analyze audience behavior, content consumption, engagement, and retention.
n
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and client stakeholders.
n
- Drive data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reporting governance.
n
- Lead and mentor the analytics and reporting team.
n

Must-Have Skills

- Solid SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT & Data Modeling
n
- Big Data & NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
n
- AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift)
n
- Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase
n
- AI/ML Analytics & Recommendation Engine exposure
n
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
