Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Play-Based Learning: Use play as a key method of teaching, fostering children's creativity and encouraging them to explore and learn naturally.

- Assess Student Development: Monitor and evaluate each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and making adjustments to teaching methods as required.

- Create an Inviting Classroom Workplace: Design and maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration and learning.

- Build Relationships with Students and Parents: Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, maintaining open communication about children's progress and needs.
