Sales Executive (D2 C Performance Marketing)

Compensation: 9-12 LPA 6 Days working setup In office work mode. Should have a personal laptop to work on. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. We're looking for a Sales Executive who will own the sales function end-to-end. You'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, building new acquisition channels, closing clients, and helping scale Ad Social.ai's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure. Build and scale outbound sales channels using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Interakt, and Linked In.

Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and outbound campaigns.

Understand client challenges and recommend performance marketing solutions tailored to their business.





Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover.

Track sales metrics, optimize outreach strategies, and continuously improve conversion rates.

Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth. Requirements

Good understanding of Meta Ads, performance marketing, and digital advertising. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 2-3 years of experience in B2 B sales, preferably in an agency or Saa S environment. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Experience with CRM and outbound sales tools is a plus.
