Type: Full-Time | Field Role (Travel Involved)

About the Role

As an Associate – Sales & Marketing, you'll drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You'll work closely with parents, students, and schools — owning the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.

Compensation

For the first 2 months(Probation): 25k + Travel Allowance.(For Freshers)

Post-probation (full time) : 7 LPA (5lpa Fixed + 2lpa variable + Travel Allowance)

Key Responsibilities

Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform

Enroll students into free trial batches

Convert free users into paid subscribers

Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups.
