Role Description The Sales Associate role at PUBLIC WORK is a full-time, on-site position based in Kakori.

The Sales

Associate is responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients, presenting PUBLIC WORK’s event and show production services, and supporting the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records.



The role also involves coordinating closely with the production and operations teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and delivered, as well as providing post-event follow-up to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex event concepts clearly and confidently.
- Organizational and administrative skills for managing proposals, contracts, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Interest in events, entertainment, or show production, with prior experience in these fields considered an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Kakori, with flexibility to support events and client meetings as required.
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
