Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Associate will welcome and assist customers, provide product information, and guide them through purchase decisions to meet individual and store sales targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, ensuring stock is well-presented, handling billing and payment processes, and supporting inventory checks. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, managing after-sales queries, and adhering to brand and store standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and client relationship skills, with an ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Candidates should possess sales and upselling skills, including the ability to meet targets, handle objections, and close transactions effectively.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English or local language proficiency and professional presentation.
- Candidates should possess basic retail operations skills, such as handling POS systems, managing cash and card transactions, and supporting inventory and stock management.
- Candidates should possess a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in premium or luxury brands, is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
