What You'll Do
Edit & Polish: Transform raw footage into high-impact videos for property showcases, marketing campaigns, and social media.
Post-Production: Execute seamless cuts, motion graphics, graphic overlays, audio mixing, and color grading (DaVinci Resolve/Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with marketing and property teams to deliver visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Creative Input: Stay ahead of video trends and pitch fresh ideas to elevate visual content.
Social Media Publishing: Prepare, schedule,



and publish video content across Instagram and YouTube, optimizing formats, captions, thumbnails, titles, and posting times for maximum reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in end-to-end video editing and motion graphics (Geolayering, Portfolio/Showreel required).
Expertise with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Strong eye for framing, color grading, visual pacing, and brand aesthetics.
On-site collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Grade Chance):
Local Geo-Mapping Knowledge: Experience integrating aerial/map-based graphics and location overlays into property showcases.
Social Media & SEO Mastery: Understanding platform algorithms, video SEO, content distribution, and posting strategies to maximize reach.
