Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions for pan-India hiring
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding interview schedules and candidate feedback.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain robust candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
