Function/Business Area: Sales and Distribution

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
Analyze sales data & build reports/dashboards to guide decisions
Share real-time/daily performance updates with leadership
Ensure timely communication of policies, schemes, and system changes
Manage partner communication via SMS, Email, WA, JIOPOS, etc.
Handle support functions (order processing, partner queries, etc.)
Identify sales trends, gaps and improvements to enhance revenue outcomes
Resolve Jio Central cases and act as single-window contact for issues
Support UAT and production testing for recent features / updates
Develop dashboards in Tableau analytics with business insightful analysis

Education Requirement

Graduate / MBA Preferred

Experience Requirement

5 to 10 years

Skills & Competencies
Solid analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
Experience in Tableau dashboard creation
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Robust interpersonal and communication abilities
