PF Restaurants is opening a Restaurant & Bar in February 2027 in St Peter Port, Guernsey. We're building a contemporary British neighbourhood restaurant with elevated comfort food, a curated drinks list, and warm ethos. We're recruiting a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team from pre-opening through launch. This is a senior leadership role shaping service culture, standards, training, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead FOH operations across lunch, dinner, and weekend service.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the FOH team.
- Manage rotas, reservations, service flow, and floor standards.
- Uphold brand values, guest experience, and neighbourhood hospitality.




- Work closely with the Managing Director on launch planning and day-to-day operations What We're Looking For.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality, high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, training, and developing FOH teams.
- Confidence managing rotas, reservations, and service flow.
- An excellent guest-experience focus and a visible, hands-on floor presence.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to pre-opening planning alongside senior leadership.
