PositionsProduction

- Handle day-to-day polymer production and batch operations.
- Monitor plant equipment and process parameters.
- Follow SOPs, batch sheets, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with QC and Maintenance.
- Maintain production records and minimize wastage.

QC

- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished-product testing.
- Perform routine chemical/physical analysis and titration.
- Maintain test reports, samples, and laboratory records.
- Coordinate with Production on quality issues.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality procedures.

R&D;

- Assist in polymer formulation and product development.




- Conduct laboratory trials and evaluate samples.
- Support product improvement and troubleshooting.
- Assist in scale-up from laboratory to production.
- Maintain formulation and trial records.

Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical / B.Tech in Chemical.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years' experience can apply.
- Experience in the polymer, resin, specialty chemicals, adhesive, or coating industry will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/laboratory environment.
