Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruitment Operations Executive to handle daily operational support across our talent acquisition lifecycle. In this role, you will manage recruitment workflows, client interactions, ATS administration, and operational reporting to ensure smooth candidate delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Coordination: Attend virtual client meetings to capture requirements, provide status updates, and manage ongoing client follow-ups.
- Job Posting & Sourcing Support: Publish job descriptions (JDs) across target job portals and recruitment channels.
- Resume & Pipeline Management: Format and submit candidate profiles to clients while tracking feedback and stage transitions.
- ATS & Data Administration: Maintain up-to-date candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure high data integrity.
- Reporting & Documentation:



Generate daily and weekly recruitment metrics reports, trackers, and status dashboards.
- Billing & Invoicing: Coordinate with account managers and finance to create and dispatch invoices for successful placements.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in Recruitment Operations (preferred), HR Coordination, or Account Management support.
- Comfortable conducting and participating in client-facing virtual meetings.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job portals.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (especially Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting).
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in a remote setup.
