What would you do?

- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts.
- Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account. What are we looking for?
- - Finance Processes
- - General ledger accounting, journals, accruals,



prepayments, trial balance and financial statement fundamentals
- - US GAAP, SOX controls, segregation of duties, audit evidence and accounting-policy compliance
- Systems Knowledge (preferred)
- - Exposure to Yardi or Oracle ERP
- Industry Experience (preferred)
- - Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities:
- - - In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
- - Your day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture
- - You are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture management
- - You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instructions on current assignments
- - Prepare, validate and post standard journals with complete support, correct coding and documented approvals.
- - Perform account analysis, investigate unusual balances and support variance commentary and management reporting inputs.
- - Execute assigned SOX controls and maintain complete evidence, process records and key-report documentation.
- - Monitor quality and timeliness, resolve routine exceptions and identify standardization, automation and control improvements; specific KPI targets
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
