What would you do?

- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting.
- Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting. What are we looking for?




- - Finance Processes
- - US GAAP fixed asset accounting, including ASC 360, depreciation methodologies and capitalization principles
- - Subledger-to-GL reconciliation, exception investigation and period-close delivery
- Systems Knowledge (preferred)
- - Exposure to Yardi ERP
- Industry Experience (preferred)
- - Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities:
- - - In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
- - Your day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture
- - You are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture management
- - You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
- - Record approved asset additions, transfers, reclassifications, depreciation, disposals and retirements accurately and on time.
- - Prepare or review fixed asset roll-forwards, asset reports and subledger reconciliations; resolve or escalate breaks and aged items.
- - Validate asset class, useful life, property code and supporting approvals before posting transactions.
- - Maintain control and audit evidence, support standardization and monitor SLA and quality performance; specific KPI targets:
