Responsibilities
Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers.
Ensure timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.

Adhere to all traffic rules and safety protocols while driving.
Keep your delivery bike clean and well-maintained.




Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management.
Work collaboratively with restaurant partners to ensure smooth operations.
Follow Zomato's policies and procedures at all times.
Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements
Must possess a valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
Driving License (DL) or Learner's License (LLR) is required.
Must have a bank account for payments.
Own a bike for deliveries.
Valuable communication skills in English or local languages.
A positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
Ability to work flexible schedule as needed.
Must be at least 10th grade educated or above.
