Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage SLA-based critical activities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
n
- Handle exceptions and drive timely resolution
n
- Identify and escalate discrepancies and potential delays
n
- Manage group email inboxes and respond to queries within SLA
n
- Allocate daily work and monitor team deliverables
n
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process-related queries
n




- Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues
n
- Manage email and query queues effectively
n
- Prepare and deliver accurate MIS and performance metrics
n
- Ensure accurate closure of end-of-day activities and checklists
n

n

Ideal Candidate

Professionals with 3+ years of experience in fund services, financial operations, reconciliation, NAV, expense processing, or investment operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
