Education Counsellor – Study Abroad | Europe

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

n

n
- Handle tele calling, lead follow-ups and student pre-counselling.
n
- Conduct in-depth counselling based on students' academic profile, career goals and budget.
n
- Counsel students for European destinations, primarily Germany, France, Ireland, Finland, Latvia and other European countries.
n
- Guide students on universities, courses, eligibility, applications, admissions and visa processes.
n
- Drive lead conversion, application enrolments and student visa success.
n
- Maintain strong student/parent relationships and ensure effective follow-up throughout the counselling and application journey.
n
- Achieve assigned monthly counselling, conversion and enrolment targets.
n
- Stay updated on European education,



admission and visa requirements.
n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- 2–3 years of proven experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry.
n
- Preferably experienced in European destinations and student recruitment.
n
- Proven track record of 25–50+ successful student visa approvals.
n
- Solid counselling, telecalling, communication and client management skills.
n
- Excellent follow-up, persuasion and lead conversion abilities.
n
- Target-oriented, confident and professional approach.
n

Preferred Profile : Candidates with an established network/experience in European university recruitment and a demonstrable record of successful student conversions and visa approvals will be given preference.
