Job Role - QA Lead Location: Bangalore – Hybrid Experience: 8+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive the QA strategy for a complex enterprise modernization programme, covering functional, API, integration, UI, performance, reliability, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the overall QA strategy and test approach.

- Drive automation coverage using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium.
- Lead REST API automation and contract testing.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
- Manage defect governance, QA metrics, and release-readiness.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Business teams. Must Have - 8+ years of QA/testing experience with solid QA Lead exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.
- Strong REST API automation and contract testing experience.
- Experience with CI/CD, quality gates, regression and integration testing.
- Strong defect management and release-readiness experience.

Good to Have: .NET, React, Industrial/IoT platform experience.
