Job Role: QA Lead -IAM Migration Job Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad Work Mode: (Hybrid) Experience : 8+ years Job Purpose The QA Engineer will own end-to-end testing strategy and execution for the ForgeRock to Entra ID / SailPoint migration, ensuring all application groups are validated correctly across authentication, provisioning, login, role mapping, integration, and hypercare phases.

Key Responsibilities - Define the test strategy for the migration program

- Build and manage SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and performance testing plans
- Coordinate test execution across multiple waves
- Ensure testing covers:
- login
- SSO
- MFA
- role validation
- provisioning
- feed file validation
- SCIM/API validation
- JWT token mapping
- navigation between applications
- step-up authentication
- Track defects, retesting, and closure
- Coordinate with app teams, migration team, and business users
- Define entry / exit criteria for each wave
- Support go/no-go readiness reviews
- Ensure hypercare defects are tracked and closed
- Maintain daily/weekly testing status for leadership Required Technical Skills Must have 4+years as lead - Experience testing SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth
- Experience validating JWT claims




- Experience with provisioning workflows
- Strong QA lead
- Experience with SCIM and API testing
- Experience with test planning, defect management, and release readiness
- Experience with test coordination across multiple stakeholders Good to have - Solid QA leadership experience in IAM / identity migration
- Exposure to ForgeRock, SailPoint, Entra ID
- Experience with feed file validation
- Experience with connector-based testing
- Experience with LDAP / directory validation
- Experience with performance testing
- Experience with production hypercare and cutover support Preferred Experience - 5+ years in QA / test leadership
- At least 2+ years in IAM-related testing
- Experience leading cross-functional program testing
- Experience in wave-based rollout programs
- Experience with UAT coordination and business signoff Soft Skills - Excellent coordination skills
- Strong reporting and communication
- Detail-oriented
- Good risk management mindset
- Ability to drive testing closure under tight timelines
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
