What you'll own

New product introduction

n

Take builds from EVT through DVT and PVT to ramp. Line and station layout, cycle time balancing, fixture design, and pilot-build FPY at target before we authorise volume.

Process documentation and control

n

PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, golden samples, FAI sign-off, and periodic audits against the released documents rather than against what the line has drifted into.

n

Test strategy

n

Define ICT and FCT jigs with engineering. Test coverage and limits, hipot and earth-continuity setups, BMS and pack functional test, gauge calibration and GR&R.;

n

Incoming quality and lot disposition

n

AQL sampling plans per ISO 2859 for cells, BMS and adapters. Supplier 8D, scorecards, and the call on whether a lot ships.

What you bring

n

n
- Diploma or BE/BTech in Electronics, EEE, E&I;, Mechatronics or a related discipline
n
- 4+ years in electronics manufacturing with real NPI exposure, not just sustaining
n




- Time spent across an organisational boundary: resident engineer, source inspection, SQE, or the EMS side handling a demanding customer. You know how to get things done in a plant you don't control
n
- You read schematics, BOMs, Gerbers and fab drawings, and can hold your own in a design review
n
- SMT fluency: reflow profiling, stencil and paste, AOI, ICT/FCT, conformal coating, rework
n
- Practical command of AQL sampling (ISO 2859 / IS 2500), PFMEA, control plans, 8D, 5-why, MSA/GR&R;, SPC, calibration, and ESD control per IEC 61340
n
- Willing to travel to supplier and partner sites
