Lascade is looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer (UI/UX) to design intuitive, beautiful, and engaging digital experiences across our portfolio of global software products. /n /n We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who understands users, solves real problems, and creates experiences that are simple, intuitive, and enjoyable. /n /n If you’re passionate about product design, user experience, and creating products people love, we’d love to hear from you. /n /n What You’ll Do /n • Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. /n • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. /n • Work closely with Product Managers to transform ideas into exceptional user experiences. /n • Collaborate with Engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. /n • Design onboarding, search, subscription, checkout, dashboard, and account management experiences. /n • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. /n • Build and maintain a scalable design system across all Lascade products. /n • Improve existing products using customer feedback, analytics, and usability insights.



/n • Ensure consistency in visual design, interactions, and user experience across multiple products. /n • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and modern design practices. /n /n What We’re Looking For /n • 2–5 years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design. /n • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design. /n • Proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools. /n • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. /n • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. /n • Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile. /n • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. /n • Strong attention to detail and visual design skills. /n /n Nice to Have /n • Experience designing SaaS products or mobile applications. /n • Experience with Design Systems. /n • Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews. /n • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development. /n • Experience using AI-powered design tools. /n /n
