Role Description This full-time on-site Pathologist role is based in Pratapgarh. The Pathologist will perform and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and histopathology, to support accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Responsibilities include overseeing sample collection and processing, ensuring quality control and adherence to laboratory protocols, and validating test results for clinical use. The Pathologist will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely diagnostic reports and consults. The role also involves maintaining laboratory documentation,



supporting compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of diagnostic services for in-home patient care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core knowledge and practical expertise in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Medicine in relation to clinical diagnostics and treatment planning.
- Candidates should possess proficient Laboratory Skills, including specimen handling, test execution, and quality assurance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Histology, including tissue processing, staining, and microscopic interpretation.
- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS with MD in Pathology or equivalent specialization) and valid qualified registration.
- Experience working in clinical laboratories or hospital-based pathology services, preferably in multidisciplinary settings.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clinical teams, manage workload efficiently and adhere to ethical and safety standards.
