Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Himachal Pradesh, India with the Central Asia Dispute Resolution Association. The Owner oversees overall organizational direction, sets strategic priorities, and ensures alignment with the mission of advancing effective dispute resolution across Central Asia. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operations, guiding program development, supervising key staff, and overseeing budgets and resource allocation.

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with partners, institutions, and stakeholders, as well as representing the organization at meetings, events, and public forums. The Owner is also responsible for governance, risk management, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to define vision, set goals, and make strategic decisions for an organization.

- Solid background in dispute resolution, law, international relations, or related fields,



preferably with experience in the Central Asia region.

- Proven capability in operations and financial management, including budgeting, resource planning, and organizational oversight.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders, partners, staff, and external audiences.

- Experience in partnership development, fundraising, and relationship management with institutions, donors, or professional networks.

- Ability to work on-site in Himachal Pradesh, India and collaborate effectively in a multicultural setting.

- Advanced degree in law, conflict resolution, business administration, international development, or a related discipline is preferred.

- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all organizational activities.
