Job Description: Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services) Consultant

Position Summary:

n

Appointed Candidate plays an important role running our day-to-day activities focusing mainly on Consolidation, Close and all other associated modules.

n

Working closely with the accounting teams, this role primarily supports users by understanding the requirements and translate them into the software application functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle FCCS Cloud with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle FCCS Implementation:

n

n
- Responsible for end-to-end development, and system configuration for Oracle FCCS cloud application and create automations around the same.
n
- Responsible for support and maintenance of other connected systems that support different processes and its integrations.
n
- Provides technical support to root cause and resolve operational issues and collaborates with cross-functional team in month/quarter close activities.
n
- Supports the development activities for improvement initiatives. Provides programming of custom code and migrates the solutions to production, Participates in validation activities.
n
- Maintains the technical documentation related to Record to Report and related modules.
n
- Conduct gap analysis and work with cross-functional teams to customize and enhance FCCS functionalities

Qualifications and Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
n
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) suite and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud applications.
n
- Familiar with Authentication mechanisms & security Protocols.
n
- Experience working with ERP systems and 3rd party systems in a cloud-based environment.
n
- Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and lifecycle (Development, Testing, Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare).
n
- Technical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries, COA and Record to Report modules is preferred.
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
n
- Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client issues by delivering scalable EPM solutions that solve complex business challenges.
n
- Knowledge of PowerShell/Batch/Shell scripting.
n
- Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall).
n
- Relevant knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation tools is preferred.
n
- Good understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
n
- Relevant certifications in Oracle FCCS or Oracle Cloud EPM are a major plus.
