- Qube Health is in search of a UI/UX Designer trainee to join our early-stage startup team and contribute to the development of user experiences across all our products.
n
- Conduct thorough user research, create detailed wireframes, and develop intuitive user flows.
n
- Maintain high-quality and responsive designs, ensuring consistency across all components.
n
- Collaborate with the product team to understand user behaviour, needs, and challenges.
n
- Continuously enhance both technical and non-technical skills to stay updated with industry trends.
n
- Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images in design projects.
n




- Engage in active listening and collaboration with cross-functional teams to proactively provide design solutions.
n
- Utilise usability testing tools to enhance and optimise designs.
n

- Hands-on experience with Figma software

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

- Ability to design UI screens using Figma.

- Proficient in using Canva for design projects.

- A basic understanding of HTML & CSS is an added benefit.

- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
