- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) Module

/n

- Hands on experience with creating Quick Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.

/n

- Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) – HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.

/n

- Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.

- Excellent communication skills

- 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
