Role: Online Bidding Expert

Experience: 2–5 years

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other B2B portals.
- Research clients, projects, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business/technical needs.
- Coordinate with the sales, business development, and technical teams to prepare accurate proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and commercials.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly bidding and revenue targets.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in online bidding/business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal-writing and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of IT/software services is preferred.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Good negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Pay: ₹20,870.46 - ₹38,292.91 per month
