Role Description As an Omni Sport Advisor at Decathlon in Ludhiana, you will provide guidance and support to customers across a wide range of sports, helping them choose the right equipment, apparel, and services based on their needs and goals. You will engage with customers on the shop floor, demonstrate products, share your sports knowledge, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment for all visitors. The role involves maintaining product displays, managing stock, and contributing to in-store events or workshops that promote sport and wellbeing in the local community.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet store objectives, uphold Decathlon’s service standards,



and actively promote a culture of safety and respect. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Physical Education, with practical understanding of sports fundamentals and fitness principles.
- Skills in Coaching and Sports Coaching, with the ability to guide, motivate, and support individuals at different skill levels.
- Experience or knowledge in Sports Training, including basic program design, warm-up routines, and safe training practices.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, explain technical information clearly, and engage diverse customers.
- Passion for multiple sports and an active lifestyle, with the willingness to continuously learn about new disciplines and products.
- Customer service mindset, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Team-oriented attitude, openness to feedback, and readiness to support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Relevant education in sports, physical education, or related fields is an advantage; prior retail or coaching experience is beneficial.
