About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Meta Ads Intern who is passionate about performance marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience managing real advertising campaigns.

This internship is an excellent prospect to learn and work on Facebook and Instagram Ads, campaign optimization, audience research, performance analysis, and lead generation/eCommerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Research competitors using the Meta Ad Library.
- Assist in testing different creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor campaign budgets and spending.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and assist in optimization.




- Learn and implement the latest Meta Ads strategies and best practices.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Basic knowledge of campaign objectives, targeting, and ad creatives.
- Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Performance Marketing.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant courses or project experience are welcome to apply.
