This is a Business Generation role.

The selected candidate will be directly responsible for bringing recent clients and generating revenue for the company.

We are looking for someone who can:
actively approach potential clients
build conversations
convert leads into business

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through:
outbound calls
social media outreach
online platforms
Identify and approach potential clients
Understand client requirements and pitch services




Convert leads into paid projects
Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with internal team after deal closure

Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)
This role is target-driven and revenue-focused
Candidate will be evaluated based on:
number of new clients onboarded
revenue generated
conversion rate

Primary responsibility: Bringing new business to the company

Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing ability
Confidence in speaking with current clients
Sales mindset with focus on closing deals
Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
